About the Project

Better Vacuum Cups (BVC) designs and manufactures Made-in-USA vacuum workholding solutions for CNC routing. Its digital ecosystem had grown across three separate websites—a brand hub and two e-commerce stores serving woodworking CNC and stone-and-glass CNC customers.

Davel Creative redesigned and rebuilt those disconnected experiences as one responsive e-commerce platform. The new site structures product discovery around how customers actually search—by industry, machine type, height, and product selection—while bringing the catalog, technical specifications, customer accounts, checkout, domestic and international shipping, and team-facing product controls into one system.

The result is a unified experience that makes a complex catalog easier to navigate and purchase from, while giving BVC a scalable platform for managing products, resources, and performance data.
