Before we talk about ads, a few honest questions.
- When you announce an event today, what actually happens between the post and the purchase? If the honest answer is “we hope people remember”, that is the gap we close.
- How many people clicked, looked at the price and left without buying? Right now, who is following up with them, and how?
- What did the last event cost you in seats that stayed empty, in last-minute discounts, in a team spending its evenings on manual reminders?
- And if the next one runs the same way, what does that add up to over a year of events?
One system, from first announcement to full room.
- Event strategy and pricing. When, where, what is included and how it is priced: early-bird tiers, ticket levels, deadlines, and the reasons to buy this week instead of next.
- Landing pages built to convert.A page for the event, a thank-you page that confirms the purchase, and alternative versions we can test against each other.
- Tracking that sees everything.Meta and Google ad accounts set up properly, conversion tracking on the page and on the server, every click and ticket recorded, and session recordings that show where visitors hesitate.
- A dedicated workspace in our CRM.Every lead, buyer and conversation for your event in one place, with full access for you and your team.
- Automated follow-up.Calendar invites, email and SMS reminders for buyers, and recovery messages for the people who showed interest but never finished checkout.
- Creative at volume.Carousels, videos and captions produced continuously, split-tested, with the budget moved to the winners.

How the Event Engine works.
When Mantashyants LA asked us to fill a one-night business event with Bedros Keuilian at The Reserve, this is the sequence we ran. It is the same sequence for every event.
We learn the event inside out.
Date, venue, capacity, what a ticket includes and what it should cost. Then we plan the offer with you: early-bird pricing, ticket tiers, deadlines, and the reasons to buy this week instead of next.
We build the machine.
A landing page built to convert and a thank-you page that confirms the sale. Meta and Google ad accounts set up properly. Tracking on the page and on the server, so every visit, lead and ticket is recorded and the ads learn from real buyers. Session recordings show us where visitors hesitate. A dedicated CRM workspace holds every lead and conversation.
We switch on the follow-up.
Proven message sequences warm up cold audiences and move warm ones to purchase. Buyers get a calendar invite the moment they pay, then email and SMS reminders as the date approaches. People who start checkout and stop get a nudge, then another.
We feed it creative, constantly.
Carousels, videos and captions produced in volume, split-tested, with the budget moved to the winners. Landing pages get the same treatment: two versions live, the better one stays.
We optimise until the doors open.
Every day the system knows more about who buys, so the ads get sharper and cheaper. We keep tuning audiences, creative, pages and messages until the event, then report what worked so the next one starts ahead.

Questions people ask
- How far ahead do we need to start?
- Ideally six to eight weeks before the event, because the follow-up sequences need time to work. We have launched in less. On the call we will tell you honestly what is possible in the time you have.
- Do we need our own ad accounts and CRM?
- If you do not have Meta and Google ad accounts, we open them for you and they stay yours. If you already have them, we work inside them. The CRM is ours: you get a dedicated workspace inside it, with full access, for your event.
- What kind of events does this work for?
- Anything with a ticket or a registration: speaker events, conferences, launches, openings, community events, workshops. The Engine has sold seats for a business keynote, launched chapter openings in two cities and filled a bridal showcase.
- What do you need from us?
- The facts about the event, someone who can approve creative quickly, and access to whatever you already have. We build the rest.
- What does it cost?
- The cost of an empty room is easy to calculate: seats multiplied by ticket price. Our fee depends on the ad budget and how much of the Engine you need, and it is scoped after we understand the event, on one call.
Would it be worth one call to find out what your next event could sell if the follow-up never stopped?
Pick a time that suits you. One call, no slides, no pitch: you leave knowing what your next event needs to sell out.
