Davel Creative Agency

Our commitment
We want davelcreative.com to be usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. As a design agency we think that matters, and we treat accessibility problems as problems worth fixing.
We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We do not claim to have reached it. Some parts of our site do not yet conform, and we improve them over time.
What we currently do
- We use a third-party accessibility tool on the site, which offers a range of display and navigation adjustments. It is a helpful addition, not a substitute for an accessible underlying site, and we continue to work on the site itself.
- We consider accessibility when we build new pages.
- We respond directly to anyone who tells us they are having difficulty, and we will get you the information or complete the transaction another way.
Known limitations
- Third-party embeds — scheduling tools, video players, forms, and chat are built by other companies and their accessibility is largely outside our control.
- Older content — some archived case studies and project pages may lack complete alternative text or captions.
- Documents — some downloadable PDFs may not be fully tagged for screen readers.
In every one of these cases, contact us and we will provide the content another way at no charge.
Tell us about a barrier
If any part of our site is difficult to use, or you need information in a different format, please contact us. We will work with you to get you what you need, by whatever means suits you.

It helps if you can tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using — but none of that is required.
We will get back to you as quickly as we reasonably can.
Our client work
We build websites for other businesses. We raise accessibility with our clients and will advise any client on it. The legal responsibility for a published website rests with the business that operates it.
