Case study Event marketing
An evening with Bedros Keuilian. Every seat taken.
Mantashyants LA brought Bedros Keuilian to The Reserve in Glendale for one night: a keynote on scaling a business to seven figures. Together with the Mantashyants LA team, we ran the Event Engine around it, from the first ad to the screens in the room. On the night, 300 guests filled a room planned for 200.

The brief One night only
200 seats. A hard deadline.
Mantashyants, the largest Armenian business network in the world, has more than 1,000 entrepreneurs in 25 branches. Its Los Angeles branch booked Bedros Keuilian, the founder of Fit Body Boot Camp and a Wall Street Journal bestselling author, for an evening at The Reserve, a private members club in Glendale.
The room held 200 seats. Registration had to close on September 29, two days before the event, when the venue needed its final headcount. Every seat had to be sold by then.
Reach and retargeting
Meta ads put the evening in front of more than 40,000 people and followed up with the ones who visited the page without buying. The creative ran as a series: the speaker, the host, the countdown to the deadline and the sponsors.

Outreach and retargeting
More than 19,000 emails and texts went out in two tracks, one for people who already knew the club and one for new contacts. Both counted down to the deadline: one week out, three days, tomorrow, today and the final hours.

A landing page built to convert
We redesigned the event page from scratch: the speaker's story, the host, the run of the night, the networking, the venue and every sponsor tier, with a live countdown to the deadline and a two-step checkout. More than 5,500 people visited it. Members and the public each had their own funnel, and once registration closed, visitors landed on a page that thanked ticket holders and pointed latecomers to the team.

From sign-up to ticket
More than 500 people signed up through the ads, emails and texts. Two funnels ran side by side, one for members and one for the public, and the Mantashyants LA and Davel teams worked together to turn sign-ups into tickets, with every lead and ticket tracked in the CRM and both teams following sales on a live dashboard we built, seat by seat.
A full room
On October 1st the brand carried into the room: a 10 by 8 foot step-and-repeat with every sponsor by tier, a membership roll-up with a QR code to apply, a printed program on every chair, custom wristbands, sponsor flags, and screen loops that welcomed guests, introduced each speaker and kept the membership QR on screen.

On screen Four loops
Made for the big screen
Four loops ran in the room all night: a walk-in loop that welcomed guests, thanked every sponsor by tier and showed the membership QR, walk-on screens for the host, the club’s co-founder and Bedros, a calm backdrop during the talk, and a podium screen with the QR to apply.
