About the Project

Community Housing Innovations (CHI) is a New York-based nonprofit on a mission to end the cycle of poverty through affordable housing and financial literacy programs.

CHI needed a more intentional website experience that could serve several audiences at once. Davel Creative restructured the platform so visitors can quickly identify the path most relevant to them — seeking housing support, exploring available programs, learning about CHI’s services, or contributing through donations — reducing friction and simplifying decision-making at every step.

The rebuilt site pairs that structure with original video content shot by our production team and embedded throughout, giving 40+ years of expertise a presence online that is professional, grounded, and easy to navigate on any device.
